China's five departments: focus on eight major directions for the development of photovoltaics
2023-11-24 13:58The priority directions of this project are as follows:
1. Integration of light and storage. Apply new energy storage technologies and products to improve
photovoltaic power generation stability, grid friendliness and consumption capabilities, including
photovoltaic DC systems, photovoltaic storage microgrids, rural photovoltaic storage and charging
systems, portable photovoltaic storage products, etc.
2. Building photovoltaics. Including photovoltaics as building components such as building roofs,
curtain walls or sunshades, which are organically integrated with the building, and photovoltaic power
generation matches the building's electricity load.
3. Transportation applications. Including scenarios such as highway passenger and freight hubs,
highway service areas (parking lots), gas stations, ports and terminals, building a "distributed
photovoltaic + energy storage + microgrid" transportation energy system to achieve a high proportion
of green power for self-use.
4.Agricultural and rural applications. In production scenarios such as facility agriculture, large-scale
planting and primary processing of agricultural products, develop an agricultural-photovoltaic
complementary ecological composite model, and give priority to supporting qualified photovoltaic
poverty alleviation projects.
5. Photovoltaic greening. Including green design and green manufacturing of photovoltaic products,
recycling and reuse of decommissioned photovoltaic modules, remanufacturing of photovoltaic module
parts, photovoltaic "carbon footprint" evaluation and certification, photovoltaic supply chain traceability
system, etc.
6. Key information technology. Including intelligent dispatching, intelligent operation and maintenance
of photovoltaic systems, as well as communication and information systems for intelligent photovoltaic
systems, flexible power electronics, smart microgrids, virtual power plants, industrial software, industrial
robots, etc.
7. Advanced photovoltaic products. Including high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells (conversion
efficiency above 25%), perovskite and tandem solar cells, advanced thin-film solar cells, and related
industry chains supporting high-quality, highly reliable, low-cost equipment and materials.
8. New facilities and empirical testing. This includes smart photovoltaic systems for new infrastructure
such as data centers and 5G, as well as photovoltaic applications and empirical testing for typical
scenarios such as extreme cold, extreme heat, high humidity, low irradiation, and high salt spray.
