All districts have actively guided projects to carry out ultra-low energy consumption (near-zero carbon) pilot demonstration projects. The city's cumulative ultra-low energy consumption pilot demonstration projects have covered an area of 1.1509 million square meters. The proportion of renewable energy building application area in the city's completed building area reached 53.58%. The renewable energy building application area in Hongshan District exceeds 2 million square meters, and the solar photovoltaic building application installed capacity exceeds 4 megawatts.
Basic situation:
According to the building energy conservation and green construction goals and work
requirements issued by the province and city, the Municipal Urban Construction Bureau
analyzed and evaluated the annual work completion status of the construction management
departments of each district (development zone) (hereinafter referred to as each district).
East Lake High-tech Zone, Hanyang District, Jianghan District, Jiangxia District, Dongxihu
District, Economic Development Zone, Caidian District, Qiaokou District, Jiang'an District,
Wuchang District, and Qingshan District overfulfilled their tasks; Huangpi District and
Hongshan District completed their tasks; Xinzhou District basically completed their tasks.
In 2023, the city’s building energy conservation and green building goals and tasks will be
fully completed. The details are as follows:
(1) Implement building energy conservation standards. The implementation rate of
energy-saving standards for civil buildings across the country is 100%; the city's newly
completed energy-saving building area is 29.2725 million square meters.
(2) Green buildings. The city's new civil buildings have a 100% implementation rate of green
building standards during the design stage; the city's newly completed civil green building
area is 29.133 million square meters, and green buildings account for 99.52% of completed
civil buildings.
(3) Building-scale application of renewable energy. The city's completed renewable energy
building application area is 15.6841 million square meters, and the solar photovoltaic
building application installed capacity is 29.75 MW.
(4) Promotion and application of new wall materials and green building materials. The application
rate of new wall materials in projects under construction in the city is 100%.
(5) Energy-saving and green transformation of existing buildings. The city’s energy-saving
and green renovation area of existing buildings is 4.155 million square meters.
(6) Add new building energy-saving capabilities. The city's new building energy-saving
capacity was 591,800 tons of standard coal (reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 1,574,200
tons).
(7) Prefabricated buildings. The city's new prefabricated building area is 20.282 million square meters.
(8) Application of bulk cement and ready-mixed concrete (mortar). The city's ready-mixed
concrete application rate is 100%, and the ready-mixed mortar application rate is 100%; the
city's bulk cement supply is 7.9658 million tons, ready-mixed concrete supply is 29.9739
million cubic meters, and ready-mixed mortar supply is 1.9734 million tons.
